• You are only required to pay for half of the inspection upon ordering ($150.00). The remainder will be due when the home sells or end of the realtor contract (receive a $25.00 discount if paid in full at time of inspection).
• Once your inspection is complete, you will receive your inspection report
• If any repairs are completed, we will return at no charge, inspect the repairs, and update the inspection report
